Booking & pickup

Do you provide doorstep pickup and delivery?

Yes. Pickup and delivery are free within our service area. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm your address is covered and to arrange a suitable time.

How do I book a pickup?

Tap “Book a pickup”, choose your services and the number of items, and send the details on WhatsApp. Our team then confirms the pickup time with you.

What should I do before handing over my clothes?

Please check all pockets, and let us know about any existing damage or delicate clothes so we can choose the right care.

When will my laundry be delivered?

The expected delivery time is confirmed after we review your items and the services needed. It can vary with the service, the weather and power availability, and specialist treatments may need extra time.

Pricing & payment

Will my clothes be weighed at my doorstep?

No. We collect your items and take them to our laundry centre. Inspection and weighing happen there, after which we share your bill amount.

Is every service charged by weight?

No. Wash & fold (₹89/kg) and wash & iron (₹139/kg) are charged by weight. Steam ironing starts from ₹15 per piece, shoe cleaning is ₹250 a pair, and treatments such as dry cleaning or stain removal are priced after we check the item.

Are ironing charges included?

Ironing is charged separately unless it is part of your service — for example, wash & iron already includes pressing.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is made during or before delivery. We never ask for your UPI PIN, bank password or OTP — please don’t share them with anyone.

Care & results

Can you brighten dull white clothes and remove every stain?

We wash white clothes separately from colours, which helps keep them bright, and dye removal can help with colour bleed — depending on the fabric and its condition. Stain removal depends on the stain, its age, the material and previous treatment, so it can’t be guaranteed for every stain.

Can colours fade or clothes shrink?

Colour fading, colour bleeding or shrinkage can occur during washing, depending on the fabric. We sort colour and white clothes separately and follow care labels to reduce the risk.

What happens if something goes wrong with my clothes?

Please check your clothes on delivery and report any issue within 24 hours. If a mistake is due to our negligence, we review it and provide a suitable solution. For damage or colour loss caused by our service, compensation may range from 10% to 50% of the garment’s original purchase value, depending on the damage — the original purchase bill is needed for verification.

How do you use my personal details?

We use your name, phone number and address only for orders, pickup and delivery, billing and support. We never sell or rent your information, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete it. Read our Privacy Policy.
